An Ounce of Prevention is worth a Pound of Cure



 

We are frequently afflicted by diseases such as cancer, Corona Obesity, and a variety of mental disorders. This very day we have to find rather than cure. The process of curing means more expenses. Even cause us to squander time we have allotted in our lives. In fact, we can save our lives by preventing many fatal diseases if we want to.  So we need a bit of a description to materialize our thinking that belongs to our mind.

Cancer

We naturally start smoking whenever we grow up physically. I just like to focus on the timeline of being a smoker. Some sorts of children used to do that in their teenage years. That means during high school. The same practice may be at nine or ten. Although it was not so easy to give up, but not impossible either. If possible, gradually we can reduce smoking.

Vegetables like beans and with whole fruits of multi colors would have been taken as food items. Eventually, I should maintain a balanced diet. 

Whereas unlimited meat consumption is strongly discouraged in order to be cancer-free. Olive oil will work to reduce breast cancer. Here to identify its causal effect is overeating from childhood. In contrast, there is no physical activity and no regular food consumption.

Working without physical activity is mostly responsible for obesity. We can have cucumbers and non-fat food. Here, to reduce weight, we ought to do physical exercise or morning and evening walks twice a day. To avoid drinks, even cold drinks (pepsi, mountain dew,7 up)

Maintaining a low-calorie diet and engaging in regular aerobic activity.. Moreover, to eat plenty of dietary fiber. So increase the duration of physical activity, improving sleep. With regard in stress reduction. Limiting unhealthy foods (refined grains, sweets, potatoes, red meats, processed meat and beverages) 

Corona:

 

Many of them study about Corona. Oxford, John Hopkins also studied for it for a long time. Here, they spoke about social distancing. (almost 3 feet) away from a sneezing man. No coughing, no freezing helps you to be normal (in that case of being safe from corona). We have to take vitamin-D. Don't use an air cooler when you feel cool. Mostly in the early morning, we got cold while the fan was running. As a result, we shouldn't sleep with our fan closer to our chest.

No more foods like meat, especially red meat. We ought to take vegetable vitamins. This has energy rather than other normal foods. Although the various foods usually save us from many diseases, there are times when we are in such a critical situation.

Avoid eating fish that have fallen into the river upstream. The fish which come from upstream are normally polluted.  Despite being born, the dead body of the upstream country may throw away the entire body.

  •        Here's a useful activity for remembering what to do and what not to do.
  •        Clean yourself as you do.

  •        Work and walk every day, which will help to be strong physically.

Disorders of the mind:

 

As a result of the corona situation, people are now suffering from mental illnesses. Hence, the crisis moments are like that. The situation which I couldn't face instantly.

 

.Furthermore, economic depression, helplessness, and mental stressors can all contribute to such mental disorder. We should face such arising disorders collectively. Life is not so long as the world. As a result, life as a lone walker is not a problem. But if we couldn’t share our problems, then  depression. Just march with the slogan "sharing is caring" developing. On a daily basis, we should form friendships with our immediate neighbors, classmates' friends, or peer groups.

 

We can’t prevent it if it is generated by birth. However, friendship will protect us from any types of disorder. Never be alone or in a room for a long time. Be quiet in critical moments and avoid being restless, as many opportunities will present themselves after spending time with awkward situations. Be always in laughing mode. Problems depend on our attitude, how we think our life leads. The things to do when facing mental disorder.

 

  •       Make a group with the closest people.
  •       Share each and every event (good or bad) with anyone.
  •       Take a mentor according to your goal.
  •       Always think that nothing is permanent.
  •       Everything is not for you to succeed.
