  The Social and Cultural Causes of Diseases





The causes of disease are characterized by environment and genetics. However, A cause is claimed as important i.e cultural and social. generally depends on daily habits, practice and benefits too. Malpractice of work schedule, activities, sorts of wrongdoings usually leads to disease. Such undisciplined works are given may cause physical disorder or even mental. Our physician usually seeks the causes after being patients not before that. But urgent to seek the cause and prevention as a conscious citizen before being hospitalized is the supreme duty of an anthropologist.



Mental Health


Depression and loneliness for a longer time causing mental health illness. In the medical field, the illness is denied always as we are going to discuss. We can't but say that the mental portion became the focal point of a patient because the brain is the central processing unit of the human body as compared to a computer. Here only physical patients get priority in 3rd world countries which is very peculiar to think about. Fortunately, it is very significant. The whole planning will be surrounded by our brain. Many life events will lead to being a mental patient.

  • Childhood abuses

  • Social isolation 

  • Economic depression

  • Certain unemployment or losing a job

  • Domestic violence 

  • Ethnic discrimination

  • Social deviance

  • Cultural disintegration.

  • Academic discontinuation

  • Misuse of drugs and alcohol.





Fever


When we do not take rest during longtime work, We do not have the physical strength to move. Even physical weakness we have felt. Overall it is not a disease rather a discontinuity of physical normal health. Where Lightly hot-tempered( over 99 degrees). The sleeping problem, over stress, fear/terrified from some paranormal factors is responsible for fever.

Our body is a set of working parts so if it works every day then prepare for such physical problems. This is because the body needs to relax otherwise that doesn't help us then we become ill. We will get rid of it by caring every day, proper daily physical exercise, keeping our body fresh, and sleeping well after that taking rest is more important than any other treatment. However, it's not a disease but physical disorder activities. The regularity of manual work and family food having practiced with daily physical exercise makes us safe from such fever. Consequently, we are capable of facing such diseases.


Diarrhoea


Diarrhea is almost a fatal disease. Due to polluted or dirty water, food items, food holding food items with dirty hands also causes diarrhoea, an infection in the gastrointestinal tract. Basically, stomach disturbed. Some people call it food poisoning. Globally it spread out soon. An estimated 2 billion cases of diarrhea disease occur each year. Also around 1.9 million. Children under the age of 5 years. Most people in developing countries die of diarrhea every year. This makes it the 2nd leading cause of death in that age group. We ought to drink saline frequently, the few times we had to go to the toilet. eventually, the weakest body will recover in a short time if not then see a doctor. 

We should take neutral foods like yogurt, flattened rice, mash banana, and very soft food which may digest at ease. The food items aren’t digestible, we should avoid this instead of meeting a physical need.



Cough

Cough may chronic, dry, whooping, and bronchitis(chronic cough from a few years)

It is most probably airborne diseases moreover ancient dust from books or woods, may for

cold and seasonal. Changing temperature is responsible for cough i.e cooler from the high tempered atmosphere or its opposition.

Such dirty elements along with air enter into the stomach towards the mouth causing it to cough primarily. the membrane in our nose responds by producing more means, this mucus and runny.


Postnasal drip can tickle the nerves in the back of our throat, triggering a cough. 


Other symptoms of postnasal drip include 


Sore throat
Feeling of a jump in the back.

So do's without medicine.

  • Taking bath in the first half of the day

  • Drink honey every day.

  • Take black cumin seeds twice a day.

  • Have to drink boiled water.
