How to deal with Anger

        



Anger is an expression of extreme emotion which may lead one in the wrong track. It is nothing but a work of mental structure. Anger may be the cause of many instant negative reactions from the different corners. We have 8 strategies to deal with anger.


Why are you too angry


Usually every fact has a causal effect. Person/ member then has to find out the cause of anger. Furthermore,it has many subsidiary causes that are linked with daily life to speak apparently. Identified emotional feelings came off a depression,something that we didn’t get before or a dream which couldn't be materialized. Anger is a fruit that comes from moving clouds rather than a psychological impact of the subconscious mind. Whatever it is,just find the main cause and disclose the main problem beyond the anger.



Nothing to hide about your anger:


Problem will be permanent whether it is unpublished. Anger has its own speed to go on forward,can do many harm from various corners which has a negative impact for a long time. So, while you understand anger feelings, you should share them with your best friend or nearest family member. Whoever,the man won't do any harm rather will help you. Our expressing anger will reduce rapidly. Eventually,in the time of exploring the hidden fact solved it’s fifty percent complexity then the rest of the problem in the field. Enter into the inner view of the main cause. later on, explore the subsidiary causal effects we felt. Mind that if we can not express the hidden occurrence,it must not be solved or not able to show as a problem. 



Anger is not permanent:


Hopefully anger is not attached to your life.

Life consists of two days: one is for you, another is against you. Furthermore,the emotion is only a part of life or immature part of life which usually can not provide a beautiful moment. It may lead us to a wrong track or make us wrong. By means of time we should be aware of not being fixed in a single anger. Consequently,it’s not permanent,perhaps an event went away while pushing many matters one after another. To speak truly it is really  temporary. However,deal with anger cautiously as per you do. Not be hurriedly and recklessly too. Just spend the moment with courage you earned from your previous experiences. Please don't  fear anger and be confident about any kind of odd situation.



Keep yourself with your favourites


We have pure emotions upon our favourites, those we love and remember all the year round. We used to call them our nears and dears.They have virtues being a human as well as taking part as a second self. Sometimes, we get angry due to misunderstanding their daily acts against us. So find them who insulted you and reason for your unexpected extreme emotion. Keep yourself near them who are favourites even though they understand you as your second entity. That means they realize you like your thinking. Favourites as well as popular friends can prevent you from any type of mental disorders.



Look at the lower level :


The number of poor people is increasing. Every citizen has to face economic challenges to survive in society. It is right that all don't belong to the same economic level. Sometimes we think about our existing economy and become surprised too. But it’s not a matter of fact to be thought of because we have a vital number of people who returned at a lower level of income. Their unhappiness may reduce our disgraceful mentally. We are not only unhappy but the large number of poor people have very miserable conditions. To think or analyse them we discover ourselves as mostly happier than those.



Make positive impression from anger


Anger leads us to a negative impression. This way of life generally has to deal with many difficulties that we didn’t want to. However,if we make it positive we will get a good result. It may be a learning from the complexity,the strategies of facing the problem which may work for pre cautious about the future. Take the problem at ease and keep patience for the upcoming events that will arise later. The anger will be used as a promoter of your goal. The special event is used according to your motive which might help to achieve your target. So,anger becomes energy for you. Negative impressions can lead to such unavoidable anger making a positive in the live event.



Nothing is personal but social


Not always think that my thinking and defeated history is personal rather than part of special history. The thoughts we used to analyse our small and large events are not only from my personal base. But those are from our social based structure.

Here is combined many minds,many depressions of existing culture. Consequently,we need to feel about society that has an impact to reshuffle a mind structure. We are not isolated from other members but integrated. Arisen problems are being solved if we involve ourselves as a social group. The company can deal with your abnormal emotional emotions from a neutral view.



Take everything at ease:


The situation in our daily life might be uncontrolled,even though we must not take it roughly rather than take it as usual.The rising occurrence will have to be dealt with from a positive view. The concept "no fear" will save us from many odd and awkward situations we wish to. Keep yourself very easy and as usual not so sophisticated for the far or near future. 


Finally you can go to consultants or to therapists for better treatment.
