 Overcome frustration and be confident 


Frustration is a common emotional response to opposition,it is related to anger and disappointment. It arises while one goal is denied or blocked. Anybody can face it dealing confidently. Mainly it is possible to solve.


Frustration is not a pain:


Frustration is not a pain while it only kills your provided time which is like fear,we will get fearful as far as we do. Usually,frustration must be taken under control, covering all the sides that we can see. Here it is very interesting to know that everybody can fall into the black hole in the name of frustration . Consequently,we have to control it before falling into the great informal problem we feel. Frustration is only a matter of fact but not a problem which is nearly possible to solve and nothing but an ordinary problem as we are capable of facing. Thinking positive like a common crisis has a common solution. However,it’s very easy to do involve shuffling all of the positive thinking around the recent unexpected factors. 



Keep a best friend: 


Friend is your second self to understand all the feelings. Even though he can realize that you Couldn't express it. So your friend normally identifies your depression then to come forward toward you to march along with the arisen frustration. He must know about each and every point about the phenomenon. This is why the best friend must be able to save you from such harmful diseases and mental health related problems. Except closest one nobody can control your frustration.



Love yourself:


We usually love another rather than to himself. Which is not good for mental health whereas male used to love girls and female used to like their opposites

But the ratio can not but keep a negative impression on native culture. Because where there is a relation, there is pain also.So this kind of relation may make you frustrated due to absence of girlfriend or boyfriend.friend If we habitual ourselves to love our body with mind then no one from lower level  won't punish you and become a lover. Effectively love your thoughts,body mind and works that you do as per you can.



Do less stressful activities:


We usually have many works to involve those those may decided into two:

One is having very less stress but effective (mostly it has proper action but painless).

Another is pain relieving activities like social activities helping tasks,gossiping in a wider place (river bank or park) , meditating and enjoying any sort of short term work that will be completed in a day. From the work you will succeed in consuming less energy.




Live for  a single day:


Stay just for a single day. Not being dreamt for a long time of thinking may be over thinking because our present arrangement will be changed at any time. Even the next will be peculiar or not under control. To be disciplined we ought to arrange a plan for a single day. Must not think for two days. Do you work from dawn to dusk and go to bed after completing assigned tasks. We have to believe that "every day is a single day". The quote can lead our attitude which is less stressful. 



Frustration is a social phenomena:


Certainly as members  we belong to a society or a family. All of social institutions used to rear us from a neutral view. A family especially nourishes the child until it becomes mature. Each and every event came from the  society we belonged to. No issues are from another planet. In a word, we can disclose that frustration also from our existing society and nothing but a social phenomena. If we can change the social structure or attitude then we will get rid of frustration.



Stop comparison :


Comparison makes us unhappy and unhealthy. Think yourself as a single  separate person throughout the world. Nobody is like you, So no comparison, no pain. Keep doing your own responsibility perfectly.



Set goal:


Every life has its goal. Life will continue with a dream as you want to be. Life must be goal centred. So the target of life is capable of making a disciplined life. Finally one frustrated person becomes confident facing complexity.


Furthermore, if problems arise then you should go to a psychologist.
